Nova Hollandia will be presenting performances of
The Arms & Armour of the 100 years War
Including a demonstration and explanation of medieval weapons and armour.
Students experience aspects of medieval warfare and life, in a safe and supervised environment.

Nova Hollandia 'Squire School'
This day-long workshop focuses on teaching chivalric
virtues such as honesty, humility and honour within
fun activities like swordsmanship and archery.
Team building skills will be developed through various
exercises, such as catapult and castle, and group combats.
Students will be exposed to many elements of medieval life
and culture, with opportunities to handle replica arms and armour.
A day where history does come alive.

Nova Hollandia also offers
Short Course Squire Schools
for fairs and festivals, birthday parties or private functions.
These involve one or two elements of the Squire School,
such as the swordsmanship class, or archery
as stand alone activities at your event.

14th to 15th Century Jousting Tournament
Structured especially for schools this 20 mintue re-creation will include
· a demonstration of skill at arms
· a joust between 2 mounted knights
· a mounted melee
